We're looking for an Office Manager to join our team!

You will be responsible for building strong teams - through development, effective hiring, and engagement. This is in addition to functioning as a conduit of communication between the venue and Puttshack Home Office along with offering administrative support to the venue management team.

We'd like for you to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Office Manager / Admin role
  • 2+ years of restaurant, food & beverage or entertainment venue management experience
  • 1+ year of experience in Payroll or HR related function
  • P&L experience in a restaurant, food & beverage or entertainment venue. 
  • Ability to manage a diverse work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

What you’ll do:

  • Bring your 'A' Game each and everyday
  • Interact with Guests to ensure they are always getting the best possible experience
  • Manage office supply purchasing and budget
  • Maintain Associate Personnel files in compliance with company, state and federal regulations
  • Support payroll tasks such as: verification of hours, clock in/clock out resolution, tip reconciliation
  • Manage cash and safe counts, daily business reconciliations and change orders
  • Assist in new hire onboarding, orientation and paperwork including benefits and i9 verifications
  • Assist in providing back up documentation and reconciliation to credit card disputes
  • Manage office equipment and leases
  • Process invoices and other business documentation
