Soil and Water Conservation Merit Badge Workshop

Investigate the importance of soil and water for plants, animals and humans alike. Participate in a conservation project, perform an experiment on how water flows through soil types, observe soil and water conservation practices at DNC, and more.

There are some prerequisites required to complete this badge in one day. View prerequisites here!

This workshop will take place on Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 9am-2pm. Bring a lunch, water bottle, and dress for the weather. Please fill out this waiver before sending your scout to the workshop.
