Responsibilities

Plans, designs, develops, coordinates, teaches, facilitates and evaluates various educational, clinical, developmental and training opportunities for hospital staff, leadership, new employees and community groups. , Consults with department leadership to identify training needs and develop corresponding learning solutions including classroom, computer based and web-based learning. Other responsibilities include, consulting with hospital management, physicians and employees in coordination of education and training program.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:
1. B.S. degree in Education, Organizational Development / Human Resources, Counseling or closely related field and;

2. Three (3) to five (5) years direct training and development within the last five (5) years.

3. Experience in program design, implementation, assessment and outcomes. 4. Excellent oral and written communication skills; skills and experience in coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, mediation, course design.


PREFERRED:
1. Masters degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Counseling or closely related field

2. Previous experience with a LMS. Knowledge and skill in the use and application of database management, MS Word, Power point, Excel or equivalent.

3. Minimum 5 years experience in Education, Counseling, Professional Development, or closely related field, with experience in project management, course development, or teaching.

4. Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in Organizational Development/Human Resources.

Work Hours:

8AM -4PM
