SBA Georgia Announces 2024 National Small Business Week Winners

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Georgia District Office announced the National Small Business Week (NSBW) 2024 Award Winners, including Small Business Person of the Year, Exporter of the Year, and other small business owners throughout Georgia. This year, NSBW takes place April 28-May 4, 2024, and is when SBA officially recognizes small business owners and entrepreneurs for their hard work, ingenuity, dedication, and their contributions to the economy. 

“National Small Business Week highlights the contributions, perseverance, and vital role of America’s small businesses and entrepreneurs,” said Terri Denison, SBA Georgia District Office Director. “Small businesses are the heartbeat of Georgia’s local economies, infusing communities with innovation, resilience, and a distinct sense of character. This year, we celebrate the unprecedented growth of entrepreneurship across the United States including in Georgia, which is consistently ranked as one of the top states to start a small business.”

The week-long NSBW celebration will also feature a virtual summit co-hosted by SCORE, an SBA Resource Partner. The SBA Georgia District Winners will be honored during an awards luncheon on May 8 at The Gathering Spot in Atlanta.
